At the bottom of the Saillon hillside, a parcel of 50-year-old Humagne Rouge produces a confidential cuvée of rare elegance: Les Finesses. Aged for 18 months in oak barrels, this wine expresses all the complexity and finesse of this emblematic grape variety, in a limited production of just 500 bottles.

The nose opens with subtle aromas of black fruit and undergrowth, enhanced by delicate spicy notes. On the palate, the texture is silky and balanced, supported by a delicate structure and lovely aromatic depth, with a woody and toasty character.

A characterful Humagne, both fruity and refined, an ideal companion to game dishes and gourmet occasions.
