An atypical and magnificent story difficult to tell in a few lines, but we will try.

Clément Luisier, at the age of 18 (2018), in his 2nd year of his Viticulturist CFC, decided to open his own cellar by vinifying the grapes of his parents, professional grape producers. It was a huge success, which is why the following year he expanded his wine range with 8 references and tripled production. (approx. 10,500 bottles).
Then, out of thirst for knowledge and driven by an unconditional passion for great Bordeaux wines, he entrusted the vinification of the 2021 vintage to Sébastien from the Dussex estate to seize the incredible opportunity to work at Château Léoville Las Cases (Saint-Julien).

A life at 200% for an even greater passion.

The year 2023 was a year full of success, with multiple medals, the visit of Yves Beck accompanied by incredible scores out of 100, and the title of Rookie of Gault & Millau 2024

As of 2024, the estate is in full expansion and experiencing incredible success. Multiple viticultural and oenological trials are underway to bring some innovation to this beautiful wine world.
Clément also places great importance on the customer experience and wine tourism, which partly contributes to the rapid development of the cellar.

See for yourself what the youth of Valais is capable of achieving! To be closely followed because great things are being prepared.

Let's talk a little about the vineyard.

The family vineyard of 14 hectares is worked by his parents. The plots are located between Saillon and Leytron in Valais on mainly limestone and schist soils.
Out of conviction and love for nature, 5 ha are certified Bio Suisse.
An omnipresent biodiversity at the heart of our plots, hedges of trees and bushes as well as birdhouses installed by Célestin, the older brother and ornithologist.
An extraordinary story, which we will be happy to explain to you in detail in the cellar over a glass!
