An atypical story, difficult to sum up in just a few lines, but deeply guided by a passion for wine, terroir and the human experience.

In 2018, at just 18 years old and during his second year of vocational training as a winegrower, Clément Luisier decided to create his own winery by vinifying grapes from the family estate. This first adventure, launched boldly, immediately met with unexpected success. The following year, the range grew to eight wines and production tripled, reaching more than 10,000 bottles.

In 2021, driven by a constant desire to learn and push his limits, Clément seized the exceptional opportunity to work at the prestigious Château Léoville Las Cases in Saint-Julien, at the heart of Bordeaux. This defining experience reinforced his modern and demanding vision of wine.

A life lived at 200%, driven by an even greater passion.

The year 2023 marked a true turning point for the estate, with the resumption of vinification for the entire family estate and its 14 hectares of vineyards. The winery now produces around 100,000 bottles per year, fully asserting its growth and identity.

Today, the estate’s philosophy is based on a clear and deliberate direction: creating single-variety wines with a strong identity, capable of accurately reflecting the richness of Valais terroirs and the meticulous work carried out in the vineyards over many years by Clément’s parents. Each cuvée seeks to preserve the authenticity of the grape variety, the purity of the fruit and the natural expression of the terroir.

That same year was also marked by numerous distinctions, a visit from critic Yves Beck accompanied by remarkable scores out of 100, as well as being named Gault & Millau’s 2024 Rookie.

Since then, the estate has enjoyed steady and sustained growth. Winegrowing innovation, oenological precision and the pursuit of identity have become the pillars of the winery’s development. Clément also places particular importance on the customer experience and wine tourism, which are now at the heart of the Luisier universe.

In 2025, the estate continued its expansion with the arrival of new premium cuvées in the Au Clos collection, notably Les Marbrées – Syrah and Les Comtes – Fendant. The winery also stood out at prestigious competitions such as the Sélection des Vins du Valais and the Grand Prix du Vin Suisse, winning eight medals.

The year 2026 opens a major new chapter for the estate. New exclusive cuvées will soon be unveiled, while a new vision of wine tourism is taking shape through the creation of gourmet walking and electric-bike tours in the heart of the Valais vineyards.

The customer experience continues to be reimagined down to the smallest detail, supported by the ongoing development of the wine bar, tastings and immersive experiences centred around the terroir. Today, the Luisier universe is no longer limited to wine: it is becoming a true place of discovery, sharing and emotion.

Today, Famille Luisier SA cultivates a modern and ambitious vision of Valais wine: distinctive cuvées, a high-end welcome and a constant desire to offer much more than a simple tasting.

Let’s talk a little about the vineyards.

The 14-hectare family vineyard is tended by Clément’s parents, Brigitte & Samuel. The plots are located between Saillon and Leytron in Valais, on predominantly limestone and schist soils.

Out of conviction and love for nature, 5 ha are Bio Suisse certified.
Biodiversity is ever-present at the heart of our plots, with hedgerows of trees and bushes, as well as bird nesting boxes installed by Célestin, the ornithologist and older brother.

See for yourself what the new generation of Valais winemakers is capable of creating. And this is only the beginning.
