An unusual and magnificent story that’s hard to tell in just a few lines, but we’ll try.
Clément Luisier, at the age of 18 (2018), in his second year of his Viticulturist apprenticeship, decided to open his own winery by vinifying the grapes from his parents, who are professional grape producers. It was a huge success, which is why the following year he expanded his wine range with 8 references and tripled production (approx. 10,500 bottles).
Then in 2021, he entrusted the vinification of his vintage to Sébastien from Domaine Dussex to seize the incredible opportunity to work at Château Léoville Las Cases (Saint-Julien).
A life lived at 200% for an even greater passion.
The year 2023 was a year full of success, with multiple medals, a visit from Yves Beck accompanied by incredible scores out of 100, and the title of Gault & Millau 2024 Rookie!
In 2024, the estate is in full expansion and experiencing incredible success. Multiple viticultural and oenological trials are underway to bring some innovation to this beautiful wine world.
Clément also places great importance on the customer experience and wine tourism, which partly contributes to the rapid development of the winery.
As of today, in 2025, the winery has seen several exciting new additions. Two new bottles have enriched our Au Clos range:
-
Les Marbrées – Syrah
-
Les Comtes – Fendant
We have also participated in various prestigious competitions, such as The Valais Wine Selection and the Swiss Wine Grand Prix, and we are proud to have won eight medals in total.
See for yourself what the youth of Valais is capable of achieving! Stay tuned because great things are in the works.

Let’s talk a bit about the vineyard.
The family vineyard of 14 hectares is managed by his parents. The plots are located between Saillon and Leytron in Valais on mainly limestone and schist soils.
A biodiversity that is omnipresent at the heart of our plots, with hedges of trees and bushes as well as birdhouses installed by Célestin, the older brother and ornithologist.
