An unusual story, difficult to summarize in a few lines, but deeply driven by a passion for wine, terroir, and the human experience.
In 2018, at only 18 years old and during his second year of a viticulturist apprenticeship, Clément Luisier decided to create his own winery by vinifying the grapes from the family estate. A first bold adventure that immediately met unexpected success. The following year, the range expanded to eight references and production tripled to reach more than 10,000 bottles.
In 2021, driven by a constant desire to learn and push his limits, Clément seized the exceptional opportunity to work at the prestigious Château Léoville Las Cases in Saint-Julien, in the heart of Bordeaux, a remarkable experience that strengthened his modern and demanding vision of wine.
A life lived at 200%, fueled by an even greater passion.
The year 2023 marked a real turning point for the estate with the takeover of the vinification of the entire family estate and its 14 hectares of vineyards. The winery now reaches a production close to 100,000 bottles per year, fully asserting its development and identity.
The estate’s philosophy today is based on a clear and assumed line: to create single-varietal identity wines, capable of accurately reflecting the richness of the Valais terroirs and the meticulous work carried out in the vineyard for years by Clément’s parents. Each cuvée seeks to preserve the authenticity of the grape variety, the purity of the fruit, and the natural expression of the terroir.
This same year was also marked by numerous distinctions, the visit of critic Yves Beck accompanied by remarkable scores out of 100, as well as the award of the title Rookie of Gault & Millau 2024.
Since then, the estate has experienced steady and strong growth. Viticultural innovation, oenological precision, and the search for identity have become the pillars of the winery’s development. Clément also places particular importance on the customer experience and wine tourism, now at the heart of the Luisier universe.
In 2025, the estate continues its expansion with the arrival of new premium cuvées within the Au Clos collection, notably Les Marbrées – Syrah and Les Comtes – Fendant. The winery also stands out in prestigious competitions such as the Valais Wine Selection and the Grand Prix du Vin Suisse, winning eight medals.
The year 2026 opens a new major phase for the estate. New exclusive cuvées will soon be unveiled, while a new vision of wine tourism is emerging with the creation of gourmet walks on foot and by electric bike in the heart of the Valais vineyard.
The customer experience continues to be rethought in every detail, supported by the constant development of the wine bar, tastings, and immersive experiences around the terroir. Today, the Luisier universe is no longer limited to wine: it becomes a true place of discovery, sharing, and emotions.
Today, Famille Luisier SA cultivates a modern and ambitious vision of Valais wine: identity cuvées, high-end hospitality, and a constant desire to offer much more than just a tasting.

Let’s talk a bit about the vineyard.
The family vineyard of 14 hectares is worked by his parents, Brigitte & Samuel. The plots are located between Saillon and Leytron in Valais on mainly limestone and schist terroirs.
A biodiversity omnipresent at the heart of our plots, hedges of trees and bushes as well as birdhouses installed by Célestin, the older brother and ornithologist.
