Les Caillées is a prestigious vintage, 100% Petite Arvine from the Au Clos range. Our best plot on the Saillon hillside is selected to produce this great white wine. A pure and precise work to recover all the grape variety markers such as lemon and final salinity. The freshness and length on the palate worthy of the greatest is the backbone of this Petite Arvine.
2023, the first vintage of a long series, only 500 bottles. From the purchase of 6 bottles of Au Clos, the wines come in a wooden box.
