At the foot of the Saillon hillside, a plot of 50-year-old Humagne Rouge vines produces a confidential cuvée of rare elegance: Les Finesses. Aged for 18 months in oak barrels, this wine expresses all the complexity and finesse of this emblematic grape variety, with production limited to just 500 bottles.
The nose opens with subtle aromas of black fruit and undergrowth, enhanced by delicate spicy notes. On the palate, it is silky and balanced, supported by a delicate structure and beautiful aromatic depth.
A characterful Humagne, both fruity and refined, an ideal companion to game dishes and gourmet moments.
From the purchase of 6 bottles of Au Clos, the wines are supplied in a wooden crate.
