Les Comtes - Fendant Centenaire Au Clos AOC Valais 2024

At the foot of Saillon Tower and opposite our carnotzet, a vineyard planted in 1900 continues to yield a few precious bunches of grapes. Its naturally very low yields produce an exceptional Fendant—a rare specialty rather than a traditional production—limited to just 800 bottles.

In the glass, it displays a luminous, brilliant pale-gold color. The nose charms with its finesse: white flowers, delicate citrus notes, and a subtle mineral touch reminiscent of sun-warmed stone. On the palate, freshness and lightness combine with mineral precision, enhanced by a slight natural sparkle that underscores its vitality and elegance.
