Les Caillées is a prestigious cuvée, 100% Petite Arvine from the Au Clos range. Our best plot on the slopes of Saillon is selected to create this great white wine. A pure and precise work to capture all the markers of the grape variety such as lemon and final salinity. The freshness and length on the palate worthy of the greatest is the backbone of this Petite Arvine.
2023, The first vintage of a long series, only 500 bottles. Upon purchasing 6 bottles of Au Clos, the wines come in wooden cases.
