He met Mathilde, the daughter and successor of Château La Fleur Morange, a Grand Cru Classé in Saint-Émilion. Their philosophies matched, the challenge appealed to them, and the cuvée was launched!
Clément, a Médoc enthusiast who worked there, naturally chose Cabernet Sauvignon, but this time from Saillon, while Mathilde completed the cuvée with their great Merlot!
