At the bottom of the Saillon hillside, a 50-year-old plot of Humagne Rouge delivers a confidential vintage of rare elegance: Les Finesses. Aged for 18 months in barrels, this wine expresses all the complexity and finesse of this emblematic grape variety, in a limited production of only 500 bottles.
The nose opens with subtle aromas of dark fruits and undergrowth, enhanced by fine spicy notes. On the palate, the texture is silky and balanced, supported by a delicate structure and beautiful aromatic depth.
