At the foot of the Saillon hillside, a plot of 50-year-old Humagne Rouge produces a rare and elegant limited-release cuvée: Les Finesses. Aged for 18 months in oak barrels, this wine expresses the full complexity and finesse of this emblematic grape variety, with production limited to just 500 bottles.
The nose opens with subtle aromas of dark fruit and undergrowth, enhanced by delicate spicy notes. On the palate, the texture is silky and balanced, supported by a delicate structure and beautiful aromatic depth.
