A return is possible only when the ordered item is damaged or broken. 

In the event of damage to a product, you have 30 days from receipt of the goods to inform us of the problem.

There is one exception: a problem with a wine, e.g., cork taint
Please bring us the bottle when you visit the winery so that we can confirm the defect. If it is confirmed, the bottle will be immediately replaced with another one. 

We apologize in advance for any problems and will do everything necessary to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
