A return is only possible if the ordered item is damaged or broken.

In the case of damage to a product, you have 30 days from receipt of the goods to inform us of the issue.

One exception: a problem with a wine, e.g., cork taste.
Please bring the bottle to the cellar so we can confirm the defect. If confirmed, the bottle will be immediately replaced with another.

We apologize in advance for any issues and will do everything necessary to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
