A return is possible only when the ordered item is damaged or broken.
In the case of damage to a product, you have 30 days from receipt of the goods to notify us of the problem.
Only one exception, a problem with a wine. ex: cork taste
Please send us the bottle during a visit to the cellar in order to confirm the fault. If it turns out to be present, the bottle will be immediately replaced by another one.
For any problem, we apologize in advance and will do our best to resolve the situation as soon as possible.
