On the sunny hillside of Saillon, a plot of 60-year-old Petite Arvine produces a rare and unique vintage: Les Caillées. Made from a careful selection of curdled grapes, this Arvine stands out for its aromatic intensity and depth. Production is limited, with only 840 bottles available.

The nose reveals a striking personality, with slightly petrol notes reminiscent of great Rieslings, combined with hints of citrus and mineral stone. On the palate, the structure is dry, taut, and finely chiseled, supported by refreshing acidity and a persistent saline finish of great elegance.
