On the sun-drenched hillside of Saillon, a plot of 60-year-old Petite Arvine produces a rare and distinctive cuvée: Les Caillées. Made from a meticulous selection of botrytised grapes, this Arvine stands out for its aromatic intensity and depth. Production is confidential, limited to just 840 bottles.

The nose reveals a striking personality, with slightly petrol-like notes reminiscent of great Rieslings, combined with hints of citrus and mineral stone. On the palate, the structure is dry, taut and finely etched, driven by thirst-quenching freshness and a persistent, elegantly saline finish.
